The first house comprises two spacious apartments with separate entrances. Upstairs, you'll find two more terraces, two bedrooms, a living room, a bathroom, and an open kitchen with a dining area.

All apartments are fully furnished and equipped with dishes, cutlery, towels, beds, lounge chairs, and umbrellas. Additionally, they offer closets, a couch, a dining table, chairs, and all necessary amenities.

In the second house, there are three apartments. Two of them include one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen – also equipped with the same high-quality amenities as the first house. The third apartment is a studio with a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping area. The upstairs apartment provides a balcony with a pool view and an additional one at the entrance. On the ground floor, there's a terrace right by the private pool.

The pool area features loungers, umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and six parking spaces for cars.

With a living area of approximately 320 m² and a plot size of about 750 m², this complex comfortably accommodates up to 14 people.

This is a newly constructed building completed in August 2022. The apartments can be rented individually or both houses together to ensure guests absolute privacy.

In the second house, there are three apartments. Two of them include one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom, and a kitchen – also equipped with the same high-quality amenities as the first house. The third apartment is a studio with a kitchen, bathroom, and a combined living and sleeping area. The upstairs apartment provides a balcony with a pool view and an additional one at the entrance. On the ground floor, there's a terrace right by the private pool. All units are equipped with SMART TVs and offer free Wi-Fi.

The pool area features loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. There are 5-7 outdoor parking spaces available for cars.

With a total living area of approximately 320 m² and a plot size of around 750 m², these two houses accommodate up to 12 people in 6 double beds. Additionally, up to 4 children can be accommodated on the comfortable pull-out couches.
